1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NOKTRN ("the Service"), operated by Melike KAYA, based in Ankara, Turkey, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NOKTRN provides a web-based platform offering stock market data, AI-powered price forecasting, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) fair value estimates, SEC insider filing data, and investment research tools. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Absolute Disclaimer: Not Financial Advice
NOKTRN IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR OR BROKER-DEALER. All content, analysis, and data provided are for informational purposes only.
Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments.
Investment Risk: Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment research and decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial professional before making any investment.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Processor: All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms and conditions.
- Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Taxes: Prices are displayed in USD. As the Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments handles relevant sales tax or VAT based on your location.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
6. Refund Policy
General Policy: Payments are generally non-refundable due to the immediate digital nature of the data provided.
Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund in cases of technical errors, double-billing, or service unavailability exceeding 48 hours.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, contact info@noktrnapp.com within 14 days of the charge.
7. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources
We strive for high data integrity, but market data is sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance and SEC EDGAR). We do not guarantee that data is real-time, accurate, or complete. NOKTRN is not liable for any trading losses or damages resulting from data errors or delays.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for commercial use or redistribution.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Use the platform to engage in any form of market manipulation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melike KAYA and NOKTRN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including trading losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
